President’s Report:
The Council meeting focused on the upcoming Convention. An email was sent regarding how the Ravens staff will be giving us their support and not trying to take over our convention. If you are not registered for the Convention, you have until Tuesday, May 13th to go online. You can get your check to Scott for the registration. You may have a hard time finding a place to stay and may not get a souvenir bag but can still join us for a great time. For those attending, please see Scott for 50/50s and activity forms, etc.
Tony DeLeonardo has resigned as Board of Director and as a member due to personal reasons.
We need a volunteer to go to the next council meeting on May 18th as Scott will be busy with our golf tournament. It is an important meeting as the name badges, t-shirts; etc. will be available for pick up for the Convention. Please email Scott if you can attend the meeting. scotta04@gmail.com
We are in need of a “back-up” Secretary to fill in when Lori is not available. Please see Scott or Lori if you are interested in helping out for this position.
We are selling tickets for the Joe Flacco picnic table we won at the Polar Bear Plunge. The tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20. The flyers are on the website. Start selling those tickets as we plan to raffle it off at our Crab Feast. You can purchase tickets on the Roost website.
